1. Our Commitment
Integrated Packaging Machinery, LLC (“IPM”) is committed to making our website, ipmperformance.com (the “Website”), accessible to all visitors, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to learn about our products and services, contact us, and interact with our content, regardless of ability.
2. Conformance Target
We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and we consider the WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria as we update the Website. WCAG is the widely recognized standard for accessible web content. This statement describes our goals and current efforts. It is not a certification that the Website fully conforms to WCAG at every point in time.
3. What We Do
Our accessibility efforts include, where practical:
- Providing text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images
- Using semantic HTML so that assistive technologies can navigate and interpret content
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Ensuring the site is navigable by keyboard as well as by mouse or touch
- Structuring content with clear headings and lists
- Making forms accessible with labels and error messages that screen readers can interpret
- Providing skip-to-content links where practical for keyboard users
- Building the site responsively so that it works on a range of screen sizes and orientations
- Reviewing the Website with automated accessibility testing tools and manual checks as part of our maintenance process
4. Known Limitations
While we work to conform to WCAG 2.1 AA, some content and features on the Website may not fully meet those standards. Known areas where accessibility may fall short include:
- Third-party embedded content, such as YouTube video players, the cookie consent banner, and chat widgets, is rendered by third-party services and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We try to select accessible providers but cannot control their code.
- External linked services, such as our applicant tracking system for job applications, are separate systems with their own accessibility practices.
- Older content created before accessibility guidelines were adopted may not have complete alt text or perfect semantic structure. We prioritize remediation as we update older pages.
- PDFs and documents we host may not always be fully accessible; if you need an accessible version of any document on our site, please contact us and we will provide one where possible.
5. Feedback and Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on ipmperformance.com, or if you need content from the Website (including our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use) provided in an alternative format, please contact us so we can help and improve.
Email: accessibility@ipmperformance.com Phone: (616) 531-7758Mail: Integrated Packaging Machinery, LLC · 801 Fox Row Court NE · Rockford, MI 49341 · United States
When contacting us about an accessibility issue, please describe the page, the barrier you encountered, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, so we can reproduce the issue and address it.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within a reasonable time and to work in good faith to address reported barriers.
6. Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We periodically review the Website and address barriers as they are identified, whether by internal review, visitor feedback, or updates to the underlying platforms and plugins that power the site. When we make significant changes to the Website, accessibility is part of the review before publication.
7. Changes to This Statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement to reflect changes in our practices, the Website, or accessibility standards. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this statement.
